CO.IN.'s
heat-formed domes are created by pressing plastic materials:
Polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) or Polycarbonate (PC).
The slabs are produced exclusively with original granule that exists in
recovered materials. All domes are anchored to the base with a fixing
system that notably reduced strain in the assembly points. It is possible
to choose from the basic wall (only one slab) or the double wall (two slabs
separated by an inner chamber) for all models. CO.IN.'s
heat-formed domes are manufactured with standardized dimensions, with a rectangular, square or round base.
Openings
Manual openings
Thrush device with worm screws
and removable rod. Ideal for shorter
distances between the work space
and dome.
Electric openings
Rod or chain thrust 230 or 24 volt electrical device.
Ideal for any distance between the work space and dome.
Manhole opening
Manual device with locking handle
and gas thrust piston with full open
lock that prevents unwanted closing.
Ideal for roof access.
Exhaust opening (see also exhaust openings under)
Self-sustained pneumatic unit that allow smoke and heat ventilation in case off ire. It can be combined with an electrical opening unit or a pneumatic system for daily ventilation.
