Heat and Smoke exhaust, constructed in accordance with standards
UNI 9494 - EN 12101.2, can open under any given meteorological condition and guarantees maximum safety with minimum risks.
The "ZENITALE TVVE", guaranteed for only automatic and self-sustained opening above the
exhaust, is equipped with an external device that allows it to be opened to comfortably to carry out maintenance.
The "ZENITALE TVVE" device, built in elettroliticaly galvanized steel, can ensure mechanical
opening at 165° with only one pneumatic cylinder that is self-powered with each supplied CO2 tank, triggered by the heat-sensitive tube set at 68°C.
The mechanical closing device and the pneumatic cylinder that generates movement, specially sized for use, guarantee proper exhaust running.
The "ZENITALE TVVE" is in accordance with the standard
UNI 9494 with special reference to the following points:
Point 7.1. Stability test:
| 1. |
Verification of the capability to open and reach maximum open distance within thirty
using only the opening device, using a static stress of 500 N/sqm. and activating the
exhaust fan at a speed of 15 m/s against the opening direction (e.g. thrust force
0°C = 500 N/sqm calculated on the maximum external exhaust dimension -
Exhaust internal dimension 100 x 200 cm; dome external dimension 116 x 216 cm =
sqm. 2.50 x N/sqm 500 = N 1,250 = kg. 125);
|
| 2. |
Verification of the exhaust's resistance to depression, subjecting the prototype to static
stress of 1,200 N/sqm., applied of the internal SGA, verifying its stability for at least 5
minutes (exhaust empty dimension 100 x 200 cm. SGA dimension on an inclined base
120 x 220 cm. = sqm 2.64 x N/sqm 1,200 = N 3. 500 = N 1.250 = kg. 125); |
Point 7.2. Safety test:
| 1. |
Safety is examined through activating the manual opening device fifty times
using the energy indicated by the manufacturer without load.
|
Point 7.6. Determining the UAI
The power supply flow system, used in the "ZENITALE TVVE" exhaust, shall be equipped with a one way "TVVE" thermo selector valve with a
CO2 tank and "AM8" heat-sensitive tube set at 68°C. The "TVVE" valve group shall be placed at a minimum distance of 50 cm.
from the cylinder, in order to prevent that the flow of pressurized CO2 can form ice and obstruct the passageway between the tank and the cylinder causing malfunctions.
The "TVVE" system can be equipped with, as specifically outlined
in standard UNI 9494 point 5.3.1, a second manual or automatic
activation device at a distance. Manual: with a manual activation
device "HAS" in the alarm box, connected to the exhaust by
a tube having a minimum diameter of 6/4 mm.
Electric: with a pyrotechnical actuator electronically connected at low tension
to the control panel smoke detector. The
"ZENITALE TVVE" device is equipped with hook up staffs and a support base, movement arms
and assembly accessories. To make sure the heat and smoke
exhaust is properly assembled and running correctly
we recommend ordering it complete with base.
